  • We began working with Britt at By May in the lead up to our Black Friday campaign. As an e-commerce business Black Friday is our most important shopping holiday – so it was imperative that we got our campaign right. Britt created a striking look and feel for our Black Friday campaign that set it apart as an exciting offer to our audience. Together, we then rolled out a series of emails in Klaviyo to build hype for the sale, launch the sale and offer shopping bonuses during the campaign period. Britt understands consumer behaviour and was able to create emails that drove excitement and clicks, leading to a huge impact on our conversion rate, far surpassing our Black Friday sales targets.
